What to Expect When Working with Me Heading link

I have over 24 years of providing mental health services, ranging in all areas of practice. I prefer to build rapport with my clients by allowing them to share what their treatment goals and focuses are while reminding them they are the experts and partners in our therapeutic relationship. I am dedicated to helping people grow and become their most successful and authentic selves. I am gentle, open, and direct when it is helpful to the client, and I believe the client is the expert in their own life. I am friendly, and most would feel safe and comfortable when working with me.

About Me Heading link

I am Greek-American and a single mother to three kiddos. I am involved in my Community and the Public schools as much as possible to provide advocacy and support for some of my professional interests stated above. I like to continuously learn about new research and treatment that is culturally sensitive and specific to populations I am working with. I enjoy spending time with my three children and giant yellow-lab. I also enjoy cooking and baking. When I have free time, I prefer spending it by the water. If I had more free time, I would love to write a memoir.
