What to Expect When Working with Me Heading link
Having a genuine, trusting, affirming relationship in therapy is important to bring about change inside and outside of the therapeutic space. My approach to therapy is to get to know you and your experiences, so that we may collaborate on meeting your goals in your own way. While my approach to therapy is informed by interpersonal, relational, and multicultural theories and draws from cognitive behavioral and ACT practices, our work together is an ongoing, evolving experience tailored to your needs. Sessions may differ from learning various coping strategies, processing past or ongoing concerns, exploring your identities, and/or other ways of supporting you in meeting your needs in a genuine, collaborative way.

About Me Heading link
I am a queer, Polish-American woman, who was born and raised in Chicago, IL to my wonderful Polish immigrant parents. My Polish background has very much influenced the way I look at and interact with life. I find that strong connections with others and with our communities to be an important part of a balanced, healthy life. You are likely to find me in a local coffee shop, record store, plant store, or farmer’s market – getting to know my community members. In my personal time, I also enjoy going to metal concerts, finding my next crafting project, baking delicious savory or sweet treats, or spending time with my husband and our cats.
