What to Expect When Working with Me Heading link

In my experience, the greatest client success stories are born of compassion and empathy toward self and others. My counseling approach employs these same qualities to focus on the unique needs of each individual and couple I work with. Together, we explore strategies and personalized approaches for overcoming existing challenges. We will collaborate to determine helpful tools and strategies that best support your journey. My therapeutic approach is informed by mindfulness and compassion-based therapies, strength-based therapy, and intersectional social justice therapies. Our work together will be an evolving process tailored to your unique needs. Sessions may involve learning coping strategies, processing past or current concerns, exploring your identities, and finding ways to support your mental health in a genuine, collaborative manner.

About Me Heading link

I am deeply committed to social justice and multicultural counseling. Originally from St. Louis, MO, I consider myself a global citizen, having lived in two countries and traveled to over a dozen more. My passion is travel, and I also enjoy listening to music, reading, writing, and watching movies. I believe that strong connections with others and our communities are vital for a balanced, healthy life.
