What to Expect When Working with Me
I believe a powerful avenue for change is within the support of a therapeutic relationship and the experience of being understood. When working with me, you can expect a collaborative approach, where together we will identify, understand and address your concerns, individualizing the process to your unique and diverse needs, in consideration of your familial and sociocultural context. Recognizing that the change process is not easy, I strive to create a balance of supporting and challenging, in order to help you reach your goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
