My approach to therapy is creative and individualized, focused on making sure there’s a good fit between what you’re seeking and what I can offer. My therapeutic approach draws from both modern psychological frameworks and nondualistic philosophies, aiming to integrate the two for a more complete understanding of mental health and healing. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts and emotions so you can make choices that align with your values and goals. Rather than trying to avoid difficult emotions, I help you navigate them with self-compassion and mindfulness while continuing to move toward what’s most meaningful to you.
