I strive to provide a warm, empathic and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you can feel comfortable and supported.

I utilize a relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, culturally competent, and incorporate mindfulness, creative and expressive therapies. I will work collaboratively with you to provide a safe place for your self-exploration and reflection in which you can gain coping skills, express feelings, and recognize your choices.

I believe that when experiencing a difficulty in life it is something that has happened to you but not something that defines you.
