Managing Your Mood Workshop

This 4-week, structured, DBT & CBT skills-based workshop will help students implement healthy strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions. The workshop will include skills-building worksheets, activities, and discussion among members. Workshops are held online, and participants are expected to use video during the meeting.

Requirements for the workshop:
• Commit to attend all 4 weeks of the workshop
• Arrive on time and stay for the full 75 minutes; participants are expected to use video during the meeting
• Commit to practicing the skills 10 minutes per day outside of the workshop

Location: Managing Your Mood workshops are now being conducted remotely, due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Space: Limit of 15 people per workshop, so register ASAP!
