When we work together, you can expect a therapeutic space that honors both your individual experiences and the broader cultural and sociopolitical contexts that shape them. I approach therapy with an integrative and relational lens, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and feminist/decolonial practices. In therapy, I hope to support not only individual healing but also a reconnection with your whole self, your community, and/or your source of meaning or spirituality.

Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (ongoing) | University of Northern Colorado

B.S. in Psychology | Texas A&M University

I was born and raised in India but have been in the US for the last decade. I am a cat mom to 2 beautiful kitties, Momo and Mango. When I am not at work, I enjoy baking, doing arts & crafts, taking nature walks, watching rom-com kdramas, and exploring new places with my loved ones.
