I strive to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, supported, and understood. My approach is rooted in relational and psychodynamic frameworks, and I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an essential foundational part of the therapeutic process. I recognize the inherent power differential that exists within the therapeutic relationship and work to decrease any felt imbalances for clients by acknowledging and discussing our differences as part of this process.

Taking a culturally humble approach, I welcome you to share your story and together we can explore how your experiences shape your relationships with others, your values, perspectives, and sense of belonging. I view the therapeutic process as collaborative and strive to bring an empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgemental approach, also integrating mindfulness and skills-based interventions when needed to help you feel empowered and capable of grounding and regulating your emotions.

I grew up on the East Coast and have made Chicago my home over the past four and a half years. I love spending time outdoors, reading, being active, trying new restaurants, and attending comedy shows, concerts, and neighborhood festivals across the city.
