Join us online to explore the powerful benefits of practicing gratitude and self-compassion, such as improving motivation, increasing optimism, and coping with stress and sadness.

Registration is required through emailing Johanna Strokoff (jstrokof@uic.edu) and Yun Lun (YunLu@uic.edu). Students are welcome to register for one to all workshops and do not have to be Counseling Center clients to attend.
