We understand that meeting new people can feel difficult sometimes and encourage you to participate in whatever capacity feels comfortable to you. You do not need to commit to every session. You may attend the 11am or 5pm session or both!
For this week's topic, we will be discussing self-care. Any UIC student, regardless of their physical location, is welcome to attend!
