How do you navigate challenging family relationships during the holidays? How do you respect family values while also respecting yourself?
AARCC and the Counseling Center invite you to join us for two weekly drop-in sessions to:
- Connect with other students
- Participate in activities that help you know and understand yourself better
- Come up with ways to cope during these challenging times
- Build a community of support and friendship
